Contract Types
Assign a contract type when creating a contract.
- Menu → Users → User List.
- Find employee → View Profile.
- Click Contracts.
- In Contract Type, select the type to assign.
Modify working hours​
- Menu → Users → User List.
- Find employee → View Profile.
- Click Contracts.
- In the contract, click Duplicate Contract.
- Set the End date as the last day with the previous schedule. In End-of-contract reason, choose Contract modification.
- Set the new Start date with the new schedule.
- If indefinite, check Indefinite; otherwise set End date.
- In Hours/Week, set the new weekly hours.
- Click Duplicate contract.
- Click Save and publish.

Important
Do not check Severance since this is only a contract modification.
