Contract Types

Assign a contract type when creating a contract.

  1. Menu → Users → User List.
  2. Find employee → View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. In Contract Type, select the type to assign.

Modify working hours​

  1. Menu → Users → User List.
  2. Find employee → View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. In the contract, click Duplicate Contract.
  5. Set the End date as the last day with the previous schedule. In End-of-contract reason, choose Contract modification.
  6. Set the new Start date with the new schedule.
  7. If indefinite, check Indefinite; otherwise set End date.
  8. In Hours/Week, set the new weekly hours.
  9. Click Duplicate contract.
  10. Click Save and publish.

Modify working hours

Important

Do not check Severance since this is only a contract modification.
