History
After an expense is published, it must be validated by the responsible person.
- Menu → Management → Expenses.
- The table lists published expenses.
- Select the expense pending validation (use Filters if needed).
- A window opens with details:
- Expense date: when it occurred.
- Request: when it was requested.
- Description: description of the expense.
- Accepted amount: adjust the approved amount.
- Attachment: documents provided by the employee.
- Click 👍 to accept or 👎 to reject.
- Add Notes if needed.
- Click Accept to save.
