History

After an expense is published, it must be validated by the responsible person.

  1. Menu → ManagementExpenses.
  2. The table lists published expenses.
  3. Select the expense pending validation (use Filters if needed).
  4. A window opens with details:
    • Expense date: when it occurred.
    • Request: when it was requested.
    • Description: description of the expense.
    • Accepted amount: adjust the approved amount.
    • Attachment: documents provided by the employee.
  5. Click 👍 to accept or 👎 to reject.
  6. Add Notes if needed.
  7. Click Accept to save.
