Introduction

Offers​

Through the Offers section of Jobsite, administrators can create as many job offers as needed for new positions. To access Offers:

  1. Open the application menu.
  2. In the Jobsite section, click on Offers.

When you access this section, you can see a list of all created offers and the status of each one. Additionally, you can add a new offer and filter the content that appears on the page.

You can also see the complete offer description by clicking the central button to expand the information.

Public Offers​

On the public offers page, all job offers assigned with the status of published will appear. From there, different candidates can view all open offers and register.

Candidates​

Through the Candidates section of Jobsite, administrators can view all candidates who have registered for any of the available offers on the page. To access Candidates:

  1. Open the application menu.
  2. In the Jobsite section, click on Candidates.

When you access this section, you can see a list of all candidates and their information. Additionally, you can change the candidate status and download the documents they uploaded when registering for the offer. You can also filter the content of the page to show only certain candidates.

For each candidate you can see:

  • The number of offers they have registered for.
  • The status they are in for each registered offer.
  • The candidate's personal information: full name, ID/NIE, email, phone number, and city.
  • The button to delete the candidate.

The rest of the candidate's information also appears with the documents attached to the offer registration by clicking the central button to expand the information.
