Nivimu is a human resources management software and Big Data creation platform structured in different modules that will help you increase your company's efficiency, improve your employees' performance and, ultimately, optimize costs.

You can access our application from any device, at any time of day and from anywhere, you just need an Internet connection. Additionally, you won't have to worry about your company's data security - we use the latest technology to keep it safe.

On this page you will find all the information you need to use our application, from how to install it and log in to creating employee contracts or generating automatic shifts.

You can navigate through the different sections of the page using the side menu on the left. This menu is structured according to the categories you can find in the application; for example, in Employee Portal you will find everything directly related to user profiles, such as creating a new user, changing passwords, generating salaries, and viewing notifications.

You can also move through the different sections using the Previous or Next buttons at the bottom of each section.
