Agreements

In "Agreements", you can configure the revisions of the agreements that govern in your company.

Add New Revision:​

  1. Open the application menu and in the Agreements section click on Agreements.
  2. To add a new agreement revision, click on the + icon in the upper right.
  3. In Revision enter the name of the revision you want.
  4. In Agreement code enter the agreement code to which this revision belongs.
  5. Enter the corresponding Revision date.
  6. Enter the Country where this agreement applies.
  7. In Annual hours, enter the number of annual hours that this agreement revision has. If you want to classify them by categories, check the option.
  8. Select if the Number of working days will be 5 or 7.
  9. Enter the Vacation days established in the agreement revision.
  10. Enter if the Vacation type, is established by Working days or by Natural days.
  11. In the Additional clauses text box, write the additional clauses you want to use in the contract.
  12. In the Holidays section, you can add the different multipliers. In them you can put the figure of To pay and/or To compensate as appropriate:
    • General, On weekly rest, On vacation, On medical leave, Enjoy holiday.
  13. Finally, click Create revision.
  14. You can duplicate agreements by clicking on the DuplicarDuplicate icon.

Only agreement revisions that we have created can be edited. These will be marked as Pact.

Professional Categories​

You can add professional categories to the agreement revision. To do this:

  1. Open the application menu and in the Agreements section click on Agreements.
  2. To select or add Professional categories, in your agreement revision, click on the VerView icon of the agreement you want.
  3. To add a new professional category, click on the + Add Professional Category icon in the upper right.
  4. Enter the name you want for the new professional category.
  5. Enter the Gross Salary.
  6. Enter the Annual Hours.
  7. Select the Contribution Group.
  8. Select if the Payment method is 'Monthly, Hourly, Daily or weekly'.
  9. Enter the Occupation Code
  10. Select the Center Category.
  11. You can add as many Salary concepts as you want. To do this, enter the Name, Concept code, Amount and Payment period (Annual or Monthly).
  12. Finally, click Create Professional Category.

Filter agreement revisions​

  1. Open the application menu and in the Agreements section click on Agreements.
  2. Click on Filtersfiltros.
  3. You can filter by, Revision, Code, Pact, Annual hours, Revision date, Country, Number of working days, Vacation days and Vacation type.
  4. By clicking on the favoritosFavorites icon, you can save the filter selection you want.
  5. If you want to remove the selected filters, click on the Reset button.
  6. Finally, click on the "Apply" button.

Export XLS​

You can export the agreements in an Excel file. To do this:

  1. Open the application menu and in the Agreements section click on Agreements.
  2. Click on XLS.
  3. An xls file will be downloaded with the Agreements revision, including the filters used.
