Introduction

To activate the Facial Recognition of users, it is necessary for center administrators to configure the settings before use. To access the settings:

  1. Open the application menu
  2. In the Settings section click on Facial Recognition.

When entering Facial Recognition you will see a table organized in rows, where each one corresponds to a different user. In each row you can see on the left the employee information (profile photo and name) and on the right the photos uploaded by the user for facial recognition and the facial recognition status.

Activation states​

Not all images will be valid for facial recognition, so you can find different recognition states for each user.

  • If the user appears with Activated in green, it means they have uploaded at least three images, all three are valid and recognition is activated.

    Activated green

  • If the user appears with Deactivated in orange, it means they have uploaded only one valid image and must have at least 3 correctly validated images to function properly.

    Activated orange

  • If the user appears with Inactive in gray, it means that no images have been uploaded yet and therefore facial recognition is not activated.

    Pending gray

  • Inactive in red means they have no valid images and therefore facial recognition is not activated.

    Inactive red

  • Inactive in orange means there is some valid image but not the minimum required of 3.

    Inactive orange

Important

Users must upload at least 3 images for facial recognition to work.

Important

Facial Recognition may take up to 24h to activate after image validation.

Filter content​

Search employee​

To search for employees in the facial recognition validation table:

  1. Open the application menu and in the Settings section click on Facial recognition
  2. A table will appear with all users who have uploaded a photo.
  3. Click on the Search employee box.
  4. Write the name of the desired employee or search among the list that appears.
  5. When their name appears click on it and it shows in the table.
  6. To see only staff with photos pending validation click on "only pending validation".

Select zone​

To filter the table content based on company zones:

  1. Open the application menu and in the Settings section click on Facial recognition
  2. A table will appear with all users who have uploaded a photo.
  3. Click on the Select a zone box.
  4. Click on the desired zone in the dropdown menu.
  5. The table content will be filtered by all employees assigned to that zone.

Search status​

To filter the table content based on the facial recognition activation status:

  1. Open the application menu and in the Settings section click on Facial recognition
  2. A table will appear with all users who have uploaded a photo.
  3. Click on the Search status box.
  4. Click on the status you want to see in the table: activated, deactivated or pending.
  5. The table content will be filtered by all employees who have that status.
