Time Report views

1. Summary

In a single row we will see all the information of an employee.

  • Columns:
    • Employee: employee name.
    • ID: employee ID/NIE.
    • Int. Cat.: Employee's internal category.
    • Effective day: Presence subtracting established time adjustments.
    • Theoretical hours: hours that the employee would have to do theoretically according to contract.
    • Breaks: unpaid breaks, in case of having it informed in the employee's profile schedule.
    • Planned hours: shift planned to the employee by their superior.
    • Effective difference: subtraction between theoretical hours and effective day. We can know if the employee worked more or less according to their theoretical.
    • Difference: subtraction between theoretical hours and presence.

2. Daily

If we filter a date range of more than one day, we will see one line per filtered day.

  • Additional columns:

  • Ordinary hours: are the presence hours equaling at most the theoretical hours.

    • Example: Theoretical contract 8h day;
      • Presence of 6h, ordinary hours will be 6h. That is, the employee worked according to their theoretical 2h less that day.
      • Presence of 9h, ordinary hours will be 8h. That is, the employee worked according to their theoretical 1h more that day.
  • Day type: we will see if it was working day, holiday or free. Note: if we see a clocking on a free day or holiday it will be marked in the corresponding time bank.

  • Day: we will see the date of the day in question.

3. Detailed

From this view we can review the clockings made. From the pencil icon we can also edit the clockings, in the same way as it would be done from Time Control. We will also see a column with the employee's entries and exits, the clocking zone and presence.
