Operational Shifts KPIs Integration

Through the Operational Shifts KPIs Integration settings you can manage from time control how much staff we need to cover a complete shift in a certain zone. (see time control section).

Modify KPI​

  1. Open the application menu.
  2. In the Settings section click on General and then on Operational Shifts KPIs Integration.
  3. In KPI type, select the KPI type. If you activate Allow budgets, the value must be a percentage for correct functioning in budgets.
  4. Finally click on MODIFY KPI.

Assign KPIs​

  1. Open the application menu.
  2. In the Settings section click on General and then on Operational Shifts KPIs Integration.
  3. In assign KPIs, select the zone where you want to assign the KPIs.
  4. Select the month and year in which you want to apply them.
  5. A table will appear where you can edit the KPIs. It works as if you were using excel, you can copy and paste data.
  6. If you want to copy the table to paste it in an external editor, click on the Copy Table button.
  7. Finally click on Save Table.
