Configure Company Data

When we create a company, we must fill in all its data, so that the application acts correctly and the generated contracts have updated information. To do this:

  1. Open the application menu and in the Settings section right-click on Zones.
  2. Select the company whose data you want to configure and right-click with the mouse and then select Edit. On mobile/tablet, tap with 2 fingers on the company.
  3. In Company CIF enter the company's cif.
  4. In Company Name enter the Company's Company Name.
  5. In Registered Address enter the Company's Registered Address.
  6. In Address enter the Company's Address.
  7. In Country enter the Company's Country.
  8. In Postal Code enter the Company's Postal Code.
  9. In Country enter the Company's Country.
  10. In Province enter the Company's Province.
  11. In Municipality enter the Company's Municipality.
  12. In SS Regime Code enter the Company's SS Regime Code.
  13. In Social Security Contribution Account enter the company's Social Security Contribution Account.
  14. In Representative Name enter the Company's Representative Name.
  15. In Representative Surname enter the Company's Representative Surname.
  16. In Representative Position enter the Company's Representative Position.
  17. In Representative NIF enter the Company's Representative NIF.
  18. In Observations enter the observations you consider for this company.
  19. If we have integration with payroll system it is necessary to complete the field "Payroll System Code (company).
  20. Finally click on Save.
