Terminations
If your employees have a Fixed Discontinuous contract, you can process Terminations in bulk for employees whose contract periods are close to ending.
Here, all your company's fixed discontinuous employees with active contracts and assigned internal category will appear.
In this table, see their photo and name, internal category they belong to, contract type, its start date, termination date if already selected, termination status including whether it's been seen by the employee, associated contract, and an Observations field.
Edit Terminations​
- Open the app menu and under Users, click Terminations.
- Select the desired user. Click the Edit icon

- Enter the Termination date.
- If you want to generate a settlement, click Create settlement Nivitask.
- Finally, add any desired observations and click Confirm.
Send Terminations​
- Open the app menu and under Users, click Terminations.
- To send the termination, click the
Send icon.
- To send multiple terminations at once, select the desired users and click the
Send icon at the top left.
Status​
Several possible Termination statuses exist:
- Not sent: the termination is ready for sending.
- Sent:
- Once sent, until the employee opens the termination notification, the Not seen status shows.
- Once the employee opens the notification, it changes to Seen status.
- Once sent, until the employee opens the termination notification, the Not seen status shows.
Filter Terminations​
- Open the app menu and under Users, click Terminations.
- Click Filters
.
- Filter by User, Category, Contract type, Start date, Termination date, and Status.
- Clicking the
Favorites icon saves your selected filter selection.
- To remove selected filters, click the Reset button.
- Finally, click the "Apply" button.
