Introduction

Important

Hour bank can be regularized with money or time off. Vacations can only be regularized financially.

Use this module to regularize overtime, vacations, worked days off, and worked holidays.

New regularization

Create regularizations for employees. See Regularize hours.

Vacations

View totals: entitlement, available, available in period, taken, scheduled, generated, and regularized (negative = removed; positive = added).

Hour bank

Tracks accumulated hours for worked days off, worked holidays, and overtime. Three banks show in expanded Time Tracking:

1. Worked days off: days off worked or owed.
2. Worked holidays: holidays worked or owed.
3. Hour balance: over/under hours vs. contract (e.g., 36h + 44h on 40h/week = 0h).

Regularizations list

All user regularizations with: User, Type, Hours/Days regularized, Hour/Day price, Created date, Actions. Switch between List view and Calendar view.
