Create a New Salary
Create a new salary​
Important
You must first create a New contract.
- Menu → User List.
- Find the employee → View Profile.
- Click Salaries.
- Click New Salary; in Contract Period, pick the contract and click Create Salary.
- In Salary, fill the fields to assign.
- In Discounts, enter applicable deductions.
- Net salary estimate shows the employee's monthly net.
- In Cost estimates, fill employer costs.
- In Allowances, add allowance types.
- Click Save to keep as draft, or Save and publish to finalize (no edits after publish).
Note 1
Non-editable fields are calculated from the agreement of the center linked to the employee's internal category.
Note 2
To add a salary, internal categories must be configured per the agreement for that category (see Settings → Internal categories).
