Create a new salary​

Important

You must first create a New contract.

  1. Menu → User List.
  2. Find the employee → View Profile.
  3. Click Salaries.
  4. Click New Salary; in Contract Period, pick the contract and click Create Salary.
  5. In Salary, fill the fields to assign.
  6. In Discounts, enter applicable deductions.
  7. Net salary estimate shows the employee's monthly net.
  8. In Cost estimates, fill employer costs.
  9. In Allowances, add allowance types.
  10. Click Save to keep as draft, or Save and publish to finalize (no edits after publish).
Note 1

Non-editable fields are calculated from the agreement of the center linked to the employee's internal category.

Note 2

To add a salary, internal categories must be configured per the agreement for that category (see Settings → Internal categories).
