End Contract

How to finalize a contract, depending on whether payroll is integrated.

With payroll system integration​

  1. Menu β†’ Users β†’ User List.
  2. Find employee β†’ View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. Click End Contract.
  5. Set Contract end date.
  6. Choose End-of-contract reason.
  7. Check Severance if applicable.
  8. Click End Contract.

With payroll integration

Without payroll integration​

If the contract is indefinite​

  1. Menu β†’ Users β†’ User List.
  2. Find employee β†’ View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. In Employee Information, click Contract.
  5. At the bottom, click Move to draft β†’ Confirm.
  6. In Contract data, uncheck Indefinite.
  7. Set Contract end date.
  8. Choose End-of-contract reason.
  9. Click Save and publish β†’ Confirm.

No payroll integration - indefinite

If the contract has a fixed term​

  1. Menu β†’ Users β†’ User List.
  2. Find employee β†’ View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. In Employee Information, click Contract.
  5. At the bottom, click Move to draft β†’ Confirm.
  6. Change Contract end date as needed.
  7. Choose End-of-contract reason.
  8. Click Save and publish β†’ Confirm.

No payroll integration - fixed term
