Contract Period

A contract can be set for a fixed duration or indefinite.

Fixed-term contract​

  1. Menu β†’ Users β†’ User List.
  2. Find the employee β†’ View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. If there is an active contract, end it first via End Contract (bottom). Then create the new one.
  5. In Contract Data, set start and end dates.
  6. In Contract end reason, choose the reason.
  7. Fill remaining fields and click Save changes.

Fixed-term contract

Indefinite contract​

  1. Menu β†’ Users β†’ User List.
  2. Find employee β†’ View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. End current contract first if needed (bottom End Contract), then create new.
  5. In Contract Data, set start date and check Indefinite (end date disabled).
  6. Fill remaining fields and click Save changes.

Indefinite contract

Probation days​

  1. Menu β†’ Users β†’ User List.
  2. Find employee β†’ View Profile.
  3. Click Contracts.
  4. End existing contract if needed, then create new.
  5. In Contract Data, set start/end (or mark indefinite).
  6. In Probation days, set the number of days.
  7. Fill remaining fields and click Save changes.

Probation period

Note

Once published, contract data cannot be edited unless you revert to draft.
