Call-ups
In Call-ups, the company summons intermittent employees to be available for work during a specific period. Each worker can accept or reject the call. If they accept, they must join on the indicated date and time; if they reject, the employer moves to the next worker in the call order.
Important
Only employees with a Fixed-Discontinuous contract (300, 301, or 302) appear in Call-ups.
Send call-upsβ
- Menu β Users β Call-ups.
- Click Send
on the desired user.
- Enter Start date and Estimated interruption date, then click Confirm. The user receives a notification to accept or reject.
Edit call-upsβ
- Menu β Users β Call-ups.
- Select the user and click Edit
.
- Fill Seniority, Start date, and Estimated interruption date.
- In Status, choose: Not sent, Pending, Accepted, or Rejected.
- If Accepted, the Create onboarding Nivitask checkbox is enabled.
- Add any notes and click Confirm.
Resolve call-upsβ
- Menu β Users β Call-ups.
- To accept, click Accept
for the user. Optionally tick Create onboarding Nivitask. Click Confirm.
- To reject, click Reject
for the user, then Confirm.
Statusesβ
Call-ups can move through these states:
- Not sent: prepared to send.
- Sent:
- Until the employee opens the notification, status is Not seen.
- After opening, status changes to Seen.
- Until the employee opens the notification, status is Not seen.
- After seeing the call-up, the employee can Accept or Reject:
- If accepted β Pending - Accepted.
- If rejected β Pending - Rejected.
- If accepted β Pending - Accepted.
- After the employee accepts or rejects, the company resolves it, moving status to Accepted or Rejected.
Filter call-upsβ
- Menu β Users β Call-ups.
- Click Filters
.
- Filter by User, Category, Seniority, Contract type, Start date, Estimated interruption date, Status.
- Click Favorites
to save filter sets.
- Click Reset to clear selected filters.
- Click Apply.
