Goal Types

Configure goal types: name, value, value type, payroll incident, and period.

Create goal types​

  1. Menu → Variable Compensation → Goal Types.
  2. Click + to add a goal type.
  3. Enter Goal type name.
  4. Choose Value type: Minimum or Maximum.
  5. Pick Payroll incident type for compensation.
  6. Select Period (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual).
  7. Click Confirm to save.
  8. To delete, click the trash → Delete. To edit, click the pencil, adjust, Confirm.

Filter goal types​

  1. Menu → Variable Compensation → Goal Types → Filters.
  2. Filter by Goal type, Value type, Payroll incident type, Period.
  3. Save filter sets via Favorites; reset with Reset; apply with Apply.

Export XLS​

  1. Menu → Variable Compensation → Goal Types → XLS.
  2. Downloads an Excel with goal types (respects filters).
