Bonus

View goal attainment and validate each bonus; validation creates a payroll incident.

Validate bonus​

  1. Menu → Variable Compensation → Bonus.
  2. Select the user row.
  3. Click Accept or Reject. Click +more to apply other states.

Filter bonus​

  1. Menu → Variable Compensation → Bonus → Filters.
  2. Filter by User, Goal, Goal type, Status, Scope, Period, Zone.
  3. Save filters via Favorites; reset with Reset; apply with Apply.

Export XLS​

  1. Menu → Variable Compensation → Bonus → XLS.
  2. Downloads Excel with bonus data (respects filters).
