Goals

Configure goals for employees.

Create goals​

  1. Menu β†’ Variable Compensation β†’ Goals.
  2. Click +.
  3. Set Goal name.
  4. Pick Goal type from the list.
  5. Check Accumulable if goals can stack; if unchecked, the most specific goal prevails.
  6. Scope: Individual or Zone.
    • Individual: select user, zone, category.
    • Zone: in Activation, pick users/zones that trigger the goal; in Beneficiaries, pick users/zones/categories who receive the bonus.
  7. Select the year and click Add. Depending on goal type (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual), configure periods:
    • Monthly: pick month β†’ set Target value (Min/Max) β†’ Achievement % β†’ Tier type β†’ Bonus amount β†’ Add tier. Repeat months.
    • Quarterly: pick Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 β†’ set target, % achievement, tier type, bonus β†’ Add tier. Repeat quarters.
    • Annual: set target, % achievement, tier type, bonus β†’ Add tier.
  8. You can copy Target & Tiers from one period via Copy.
  9. Click Create Goal to save.
  10. Delete via trash β†’ Delete. Duplicate via duplicate β†’ edit β†’ Save changes. Edit via pencil β†’ Confirm.

Filter goals​

  1. Menu β†’ Variable Compensation β†’ Goals β†’ Filters.
  2. Filter by Goal types, Scope, Value type, Payroll incident type, Period. Save via Favorites, reset with Reset, apply with Apply.

Export XLS​

  1. Menu β†’ Variable Compensation β†’ Goals β†’ XLS.
  2. Downloads Excel with goals (respects filters).
