Settlements

To generate a settlement in nivitasks:

  1. Open the app menu and under Users, click Nivitasks.
  2. Click Settlement, then click the + button to add a new settlement.
  3. In the Create step, search for a user and select their contract period.
  4. In the Draft step, fill in data corresponding to contract termination and click Next.
  5. In the New step, find all employee data saved in the draft step. Normally in this step, the HR department validates employee data. If any data isn't correct, it can be rejected by clicking the Reject button.
  6. In Social Security, add the file you receive from social security once you've sent all User contract data.
  7. In the Integration step, if you have integration with payroll software, find all information related to the user hire.
  8. In the Settlements step, upload the settlement document to the user and send it to the user for signature. Here, when the user in question logs in, they'll see a notification from which they can access the document and sign it. Additionally, once signed, in the 'Certific@2' tab, upload necessary files for SEPE. Remember you cannot continue the process until you upload this file.
  9. In the Completed step, you can insert observations.
