Extensions
To generate an extension in nivitasks:

Open the app menu and under Users, click Nivitasks.

Click Extensions, then click the + button to add a new Extension.

In the Create step, search for a user and select their contract period.

In the Draft step, see the contract data we just selected and select the extension end date we're going to make. See this data:
- Contract start
- Contract end
- Contract Company Centers
- Contract End Reason
- Extension End Date.

Once modified, click Next.

In the New step, find all employee data saved in the draft step. Normally in this step, the HR department validates employee data.

In the Integration step, if you have integration with payroll software, find all information related to the user hire.

In the Extensions step, upload the extension document to the user and send it to the user for signature. Here, when the user in question logs in, they'll see a notification from which they can access the document and sign it. Once signed, click next.

In Completed, you can insert observations.
In each Nivitask, see the history section with a record of changes made.
