Delete or Deactivate a User

Note

A user cannot be deleted, only deactivated.

To deactivate a user:

1. Open the app menu and under Users, click User List.
2. Find the user and click View Profile.
3. Once you've accessed the profile, click Information.
4. At the bottom of the screen, select Deactivate User.

You can deactivate a user's account temporarily and reactivate it at any time; their data will be saved in the app and you can check it anytime despite not being operational. When a user is reactivated, they can log in immediately using the same access credentials.
